You’ve asked for it, and SAPPHIRE delivers. At Computex 2017 in Taipei we launched a dedicated series of graphics cards accessories. We’re calling it SAPPHIRE NITRO Gear.
Demand for personalization in PC gaming hardware is increasing. Gamers want to distinguish their powerful PCs from amid the boring clutter and make them truly personal. To meet that demand, SAPPHIRE is introducing a brand-new NITRO Gear Series of accessories. These dedicated extra graphics card parts bring an entirely new level of customization to the most crucial part of every gamer’s PCs.
Extra LED-backlighted fans
To begin with, we will offer extra translucent LED fans (with dual-ball bearing) in 3 backlight colors – white, red and blue.
SAPPHIRE users can easily swap their stock fans with the SAPPHIRE Quick Connect system – the one we’ve introduced with the NITRO RX 400 Series. If you own one of the QuickConnect-enabled cards and ever used the system for convenient cleaning, you know how easy it is to detach the fan and install it back in.
Individual 95 mm fans in selected LED color will be available for purchase this Summer.

Shroud and backplate sets
The NITRO Gear lineup also includes sets of cooling shroud and backplate in 2 different colors – Azure Ice and Crimson Fire.
Users can replace the default parts of their latest SAPPHIRE NITRO+ models with these high-quality equivalents and get a stylish fresh look for their graphics cards. Sets of backplate and shroud will start shipping soon. Our handy SAPPHIRE 9-in-1 screwdriver is included in the box!
